Hi, to reduce weight you have to eat a balanced food in right quantity. Look for low calorie with high nutrient content foods. Along with foods you need to have any form of physical activity minimum 5 days in a week for an hour. You can eat any dry fruits or nuts because they are rich in protein,  fiber,  omega-3 fatty acids and at the same time they are very high in calories. So, be mindful while eating. Hello user You can use any nuts in your daily diet. But if you want to reduce than alone nuts are not going to help you reduce your fat. For that you need proper guidance and a diet chart which you can follow. And add exercise in your daily routine

Hii, You can add 4 almond, 2 walnuts, 2 figs, everyday in morning time but they should be overnight soaked.

Add almonds ,walnut and pistachios. One handful is recommended ie approx 25 to 30 gm per day
