Numbness in left leg and hand

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Feeling numbness on my left leg and sometime on the hand as well. I had this one year back and automatically cured and when I used to go Gym. Recently this issue started again. Last year I did my complete health check and Cholestrol level was in borderline. Also Faty liver grade I has been diagnosed. Please suggest on the next cource of action on this.
