Numbness in feet
My feet feel numb all the time. I talked to my local doctor and they said that it's because of my diabetes. But the cures that they suggested weren't as effective. I want a fool-proof cure for this problem. Whenever I lie down or stop my movements, I feel like my legs have been cut off, that's how numb and swollen they are. And when I move, my feet just hurt so much to walk that even little movements become a tough task. What do I do?

Care AI Shimmer
Your symptoms suggest diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes). It causes numbness, pain, and difficulty walking. There is no instant cure, but it can be well controlled with proper treatment.
Next Steps
Control blood sugar strictly (HbA1c <7%). Start neuropathy medicines like Pregabalin/Duloxetine + Vitamin B12 after consulting your doctor. Do daily walking, foot care, and avoid prolonged inactivity.
Health Tips
Do not ignore symptoms or try random remedies. Check feet daily and wear proper footwear. Early treatment can significantly improve your condition.
