Dear sir, I am 69 yrs type 2 dbts taking gluconorm G1 & vildapride 50 mg
. for the last 2 yrs. Shall I continue it or any alternative to be taken. My fasting is150. Rice cause sudden increase in fasting. Vegitables decreases it. I have neck stiffness little numbness in feet kindly advice

If you're not taking any vitamins, you can take tab meganeueon od morning after food for one month.
You can take rice once a day mostly in lunch.
