Please start doing pelvic strengthening exercises, for beginners, you can just watch some YouTube videos and if you still feel it is not effective, please go see a physiotherapist, because I do not really care how many people have this misconception that physiotherapy doesn't help ,but it actually does ,more than me giving you some painkiller,it would actually be better for you to heal in the most natural way possible, because there is something called tolerance with the drugs I prescribe
Hello,
Numbness in hands or feet at night after delivery can be due to posture-related nerve compression, vitamin deficiencies (B12, D, calcium), or less commonly thyroid/nerve issues. Since symptoms improve after movement, posture is likely a factor, but underlying deficiencies should be checked.
I recommend a clinical evaluation and simple blood tests to confirm the cause. For guidance and treatment, please connect with me on Practo
These can be common after delivery
These can also be due to some deficiency of vitamins
So 1st better get tested vitb12, vitd , calcium, tft cbc
If the vitb12 levels r low start t neurokind one daily after food for 3months
