Numbness in body
My father aged 64 is complining of numbness or not feeling when touched half of his left lips, face, hand and leg from past 15 days. He is diabetic from past 25 years . What tests should be done and what can be the issue.

Advice your father -Start yoga( kapalbhati, anulom vilom )or at least 2 3 km walk daily.He can do these two things easily. He can do mandook asan  easily it controls his diabetes. -Take ashwagandha 2 tablet daily - Geriforte ( himalya company)2 tablet daily with milk . before sleep - daily masage with mahanarayn oil on that parts where he feel numbness. - please monitor his Bp and sugar once in a week
