When my wife wakes up, for next 30 mins she feels numbness and tingling in right hand.after sometime there ia no issue..problem is seen when she wakes up from sleep for the first 30 mins approx.pleaee help.

First you do a MRI of cervical spine. Meanwhile start Tablet Nuroday PSR half tab at bedtime for 30 days. After taking it she will feel sleepy in daytime. Don't worry.
