  4. Numb penis. Why?

I had accident and my femur neck broke, they made operation and inserted metal rods. before doing that they gave spinal anaesthesia and after sometime i started feeling pain they gave me general anaesthesia. and am three weeks post surgery but my penis glans have been feeling numb. why?
