NT scan 3mm - NIPT all low
Hi all My nt scan come as 3mm and dual marker came as intermediate risk for down syndrome 1:325 And nipt come as all low . Do I have to go for early anomoly scan or amniocentesis ? Please can someone provide guidance 🙏

Double marker test is a screening test so is nipt with higher sensitivity One screening test should not be proceeded by another screening test You need a diagnostic test which is aminocentesis rather than wait for the anomaly scan
