Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . It seems that you are a sensitive personality and are unable to manage your emotions . Stress either personal or professional can be causing these distressing symptoms or some negative past event can also be contributing to them . You can try and talk to your close and trusted family members or friends and engage in multiple activities which are enjoyable to keep yourself distracted. For a better sleep try these steps-- limit your phone time , take a relaxing shower , have warm milk or soothing tea , avoid heavy meals and caffeine , try and sleep and getting up at the same time . You can also practice deep breathing exercises and meditation to clear your mind . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a further evaluation of your issues to reach a diagnosis and provide a treatment plan which will teach you positive and healthy coping skills and strategies throughout regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
