Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important to take suicidal thoughts very seriously, especially when they emerge or worsen after starting a new medication like Gaba NT (which often contains gabapentin or pregabalin). Though Gaba NT is typically used for nerve-related symptoms, in some individuals it can worsen mood or trigger emotional blunting or apathy. The sudden drop in energy and motivation you're describing could be related to how your body responded to the medicine, or it could indicate an underlying mood condition being unmasked.
Next Steps
Stopping the medication was a protective step, but it’s crucial that this experience is discussed urgently with your treating psychiatrist.
Health Tips
1. Do not make medication changes without medical supervision. 2. Keep a daily log of your mood and side effects- it will help your doctor see patterns and improve your treatment plan. 3. Involve a trusted family member or friend to stay connected and safe until your symptoms stabilize.

There is too little information to make any concluding remarks. I am guessing that you have been prescribed Fluvoxamine 50mg and Risperidone 1mg , most likely for Depression. It is likely that you are undertreated for depression and it has not improved with the current medications. You might need higher doses of Fluvoxamine to actually have any meaningful response. Gabapentin is not known much to cause suicidality. As said earlier, your depression might have not improved and actually worsened.
Next Steps
Please don't delay any further and seek psychiatric consultation right away. Self harm thoughts are not to be neglected. Alternatively, you can contact Telemanas helpline number 14416 if you are having acute crisis or suicidal thoughts.

First question would be to know the reason why you are taking Sizodon 1 mg and Uvox 50 mg tablets? Because what it sounds like you already had some mental health condition for which you were prescribed these medicines. In such a case the symptoms can precipitate very naturally also. Gaba NT is most likely not responsible for these complaints. But for a detailed evaluation, you would have to consult a psychiatrist. After a detailed history only we can get to any sort of conclusions about the symptoms and the medicines.
