We dont have any physical relationship. My husband spend most of his time outside.I feel alone week depressed. Dont understand with whom I share my pain and feelings.

Hi. I went through your query and am sorry about what you have been going through in life. From what you have mentioned, it is clear that you are under lots of stress. However, the only way forward will be to take a decision and act accordingly. If you want to stay with your husband, both of you have to work hard and try to sort out the issues in your relationship. You both should consider couples therapy sessions with a psychiatrist or a psychologist. However, if you feel you can't really work on your relationship, you should try to become independent and work on your own issues. In either case, you will need the help of a psychiatrist in order to face the issues. Medications can be considered if need arises.
