Hi. Happiness is subjective in nature varies person to person. Different sources of happiness are there. You have to identify your preferences. There are intellectual happiness, sensual happiness, physical happiness, spiritual or material happiness. Go along your bodily changes during an event or situation. If you body indicate sensory pleasure then you're in happy state. A smile or bodily comfort or speaking aloud may give you indication
Dear human, thank your for sharing and reaching out. I understand that you're going through a difficult time because you're unable to perceive happiness even when things are normal. This is quite common and all individuals might experience this at some point in their life. This might be due to past trauma, negative life incidents wherein you're unable to come out of it even when everything has became normal or this might be because of lack of purpose in life.
