Not eating, vomit feeling
She is not eating, she feels like she will vomit so eats very very less and she has been diagnosed with pericardial effusion recently. After fluid was removed from her body she stopped eating so what we can do for her. Please suggest any treatment or something that can help her get better.

If she is not eating atall then she may need parenteral nutrition  for which you need to contact her treating physician. You should have mentioned the name of the drugs she is on . If she is feeling like vomitting that why she is not eating then you can give her rabiparazole with domperidome But it's always best to consult a physician in your place for better examination and treatment.

Who's she ?? What's her age ?? Does she only fear vomiting or she also vomit after eating anything?? For how long she is feeling same?? History you gave is INSUFFICIENT !! so better provide proper history so that i can give you proper suggestion !!
