Asked for Female, 2 Years

The kid is 2.5 years old, she had vomitted couple of times 1 days back. since than she stopped eating rice, fruits . now she is able to eat 2 biscuits only. Not consuming milk. There is smell in urine and motion when passed. Also cold, Cough is there. Please help me on this. Thanks

Don't worry Look's like viral only Just make sure that ur baby is well hydrated Give her water milk And liquids only Don't force for solid Diet will improve in next. 2-3 days If cough cold Give medicine for that
