My child was suffering from hand,foot,mouth disease from last Friday now he seems ok but not taking even a single spoon of food.please suggest only take milk when he sleep

He might be having oral ulcers and need treatment for the same. Hydration is most important in HFMD. If child is not taking enough liquids and urine frequency is low then need to get him admitted or atleast get him checked out.
