It may not be due to teething but it may be due to changes in environment or normal in child at this age. During this time, if child is not having any other problem then not to worry. Try different food items, make changes in food and give more liquids if he is not taking food.
Next Steps
Make meal time family time and fun time. If he is sick and decrease urine out put consult doctor.

All commercial medicines won’t help to increase your child’s appetite. Your child should play actively and has to have good appetite naturally. Try different flavours of food and seasonal fruits like banana Sappota papaya

No medicine can increase appetite in 1 year 3 months old child. Try different food and flavours. Give more liquids to ensure hydration. It is normal to have such issues and it will resolve on its own with few behavioral modifications

Variety and fun feeding will help more than any medicine . May need iron supplementation considering the age of the child.
