Not autism, not sure what this is.
My daughter (age 7) is having tremendous difficulty learning to read and spell. She makes fists which are held at head level and flexes them while making facial gestures when excited. She is very social, makes eye contact, is very creative and engaging. She tends to be very happy almost all the time. She learns tunes and lyrics to songs relatively easily. She has many friends and the teachers love her, but the gestures are unexplained and she can't read.
