Hello,I am not able to sleep properly, while sleeping I woke up suddenly ,it is like if I heard a small noise I couldn't able to sleep again. The whole day I feel I like I am having problems. When I woke up morning,it is like I am going to miss something, something is running out from me,like I am in hurry.it is happening from 3 months.i don't feel hungry at all. I am trying to eat,but it doesn't work. I work for whole day including exercise and meditation but I never feel like I am tired.Thats the reason I couldn't able to sleep
