Not able to notice smell

Hi good morning! From past 2 months My wife has some nose issue Like she can’t able to notice the smell even if it’s some strong perfume and everyday in the morning she sneezes 10 to 12 times Whom should I consult and how to cure this Awaiting your reply Thanks
