If there is a swelling there could be a fracture. The thing to rule out is blood collection in the nose called septal hematoma. That is the only problematic thing. Others will heal with just painkillers

hi good morning. Nasal trauma can have nasal fractures as well. As per your inputs, it seems there is some sort of nasal injury, maybe a nasal fracture as well. continue with analgesics and antiinflammatory medicine as of now till the time you seek proper online/in persons consultation.
Next Steps
X- ray Skull lateral view to rule out fracture nasal bone.
Health Tips
you can apply ice packs over the affected area to reduce the swelling. if bleeding happens again, don't panic. pinch the nose tightly and breathe from the mouth. It will stop.
