Nose piercing keloid

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had my nose pierced 2 months back using piercing gun. It was fine earlier. After a month the nose stud accidentally came out which I inserted back immediately. Since then a small bump developed around the piercing on both sides, outside and inside. I used a silicone gel for it to heal and it got smaller. With time the area got loose and piercing started rotating. A few days back, I was washing my face and don't know when did the stud come out and fell somewhere. I replaced the stud with a tulsi stick. And now the bump is even more large and is not going.
