Nose piercing infection and bump

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've had my nose piercing done last month and it has been infected so I went to my piercer and he removed it and inserted a neem stick instead and he advised me to use coconut oil daily my nose was settling down at first but again it's infected so what should I do?
