Nose piercing

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have got nose piercing done in Nov 2016. Since then it is not healed Or I would say it gets healed but start irritating again after sometime. There is a bump under and outside. I have been using Tbact and salt water occasionally. Please suggest.
