I am having following symptoms from the last 2 weeks.
1. Left side nose blocked
2. Bad breath
3. Gas trouble and Constipation.

Tab.Odimont LC Hs
Xylomist nasal drops thrice daily
Steam inhalation tds
Cap.Pantocid dsr once daily before breakfast
For 7 days and see
Should get better

U may be suffering from chronic rhino sinusitis leading nasal obstructions and bad breath due to retained secretions chronically. Blocked sinuses results in inaccurate circulation of air in sinuses heaviness in head.
Gas trouble and constipation is a separate entity. On this commenting with a proper history will be inaccurate.
