Sir U need to give a detailed history to properly diagnose and treat it. Meanwhile u can use otrivin nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril at bed time but not for longer duration, more than 7 days otherwise will lead to dependency

Can you please elaborate your nose blockage symptoms? Is it on off or all the day ? Is it on one side or keeps changing ?
