Nose block and cold you experience is unlikely related to pasta, rather a viral infection which lasts for upto 5 days or allergy.Use otrivin nasal spray 3 times daily for 3 days and tablet Allegra 120 mg once daily for 5 days along with vitamin c 1 gm daily .
