My NCCT PARANASAL Sinuses Report attached please see and suggest me what can I do. All time my nose is blocked.

Hi...based on ct report you have mechanical obstruction... If you have only nasal blockage without any other symptoms... Then you can go for surgery... If you have any symptoms like recurrent cold,sneezing then you might also have allergic rhinitis...then you have to be treated for this first.

It would be more informative if the film's are also shared. As of now.. The report suggests dns and sinusitis as the cause for obstruction. Which would require surgery
