Hello doctor my baby is 2 months old and he had congestion 3 weeks ago Now his chest is clean but sometimes he has a nose block and sudden difficulty in breathing, I am using noblock saline nostril drop for that.
Is this right to use that drops and how much time will it take to fully clean his nose.

Nose block can be deal by keeping the baby in upright position for 20-30 minutes post feed with using nasoclear nose drops 4 times a day , 2 drops in both nostril but don't make it a daily habit ( just use it for 3-4 days).
Keep your baby warm by doing hot fomentation of the chest by dry warm napkin and also use cap and gloves to cover his head , palm and soles.
Next Steps
try to consult and get chest examination done if it's not resolving
