Nose bleeding problem

Doctor, My daughter 3year six months old today night two hours before her nose got bleeded for 2 to 3 minutes continously doknow the exact reason. Tell us the exact information about this so that we can feel better. Also went to doctor he suggested p250 syrup and nasivion drops and we checked nose there is no mark of pricks Thanks. N.Thulasi

Most likely cause of nose bleeding is nose picking due to cold/runny nose. Put nasal drops for next few days. If the issue doesn't recur then nothing to worry.
