I have very oily skin on my face especially the t zone. I tend to get ance on my nose and chin frequently which makes them seem inflamed. The skin around my t zone has redness. The acne on the nose is most bothering part. I have visibly large pores on my face. The previous acne on my nose left bumps on my nose that didn't go away with the acne. What is causing this issue and how do I treat it.
