My son is 4 years old and don't properly responds to most of the instructions which other children of same age can easily understand and respond.
Not able to form proper sentences while speaking.
Not able to socialize with other children.
Not able to write properly although he is able to read.
He is very stubborn
He does not give any response to the questions asked to him
Keep producing strange sounds all day.
We are really worried about his studies and behavioral health.
