Since a few months, I have been feeling terribly low. I have developed high level anxiety. Facing sleeping disorders which was earlier very deep. I feel depressed and angry over everything. Sometimes I overeat. I have been overthinking very much leading me to situation where I feel like harming myself and getting rid of myself. Sometimes I get desperate to take anxiety pills but they don't help much. I cry most of the time. Kindly help.
