Non healing ulcer inside the mouth
Under treatment of general physician from 3 months. Treating with gel to apply in effected place and initially had multi vitamin tablets also. Effected areas decreased but spots are still there.

You have improved the the treament is good but dont stop vit b complex medicines till you feel it is cured completely It will heal.
