Non blasting boils on inner thighs

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Doctor,from last two years on my inner thighs boils occurring and reducing normally..and they are not blasting even pressing also automatically boils will minimise. .if I press the boil in primary stage it will come like mud if I left at that stage boil won't blast or split it'll form like a mark .plz help me
