Noisy breathing cough

My son is 2.5 months old he is having noisy breathing with cough coming out with vomiting.. sneezing too..he is feeding well but for noisy breathing I can feel that vibration in the back below neck and in the chest ..is this serious

Hi, Noisy breathing could be due to nose block. Use saline nasal drops for the nose and clean.

Next Steps

Occasionally cough is ok but Baby is continuously coughing or not feeding well, meet a nearby paediatrician.
