Nocturnal Back Pain
I usually work on my laptop late at night. Day before yesterday, I was working on my laptop again with no back rest and my back started hurting, it was fine in the morning but sinde then my back keeps hurting in the night but it's perfect in the day. Is this just a muscle strain or could it be somthing serious?

Its straight forward. Due to ergonomic   and bad posture  and its common in your generation . Best advice will be :- Avoid bad posture -  plz google it for details. Hot fomentation thrice per day for 20 min each time. Avoid long sitting and prolong standing for few weeks Avoid bending forward and lifting weights for few days Apply volini gel small quantity at back pain area . And google basic physiotherapy Streching excercise low back and upper back (BASIC EXCERCISE ONLY) - x daily 3 time for 3 months. This will fix you back problm.

It's jus seems to b muscle strain only ... Apply gel and do  hot fomentation and do stretching exercises
