Hello Ma'am. Very Good morning.  I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma.  It suggest that you have relapse of Tuberculosis and you fall in category III according to revised national TB control programe. Once you were cured by taking sincere treatment and get rid of TB and again are positive for Tuberculosis by quantiferon gold test,  it means its a relapse and you have to revise the treatment once again. If you were negative for Tuberculosis after taking full course and after some time you were find positive for TB, you fall in category iii. If you were Diagnosed with chest TB,  the course of medicines is only for 6 months,  not for 9 months.
