I am tested positive 8 days back, from last 4 days o have no smell, no taste, I have been taking vaporiser as well

Loss of smell and taste are covid symptoms and these are NOT among warning signs of severe covid. So, do not worry about it. Maintain isolation and droplet precautions, check oxygen saturation. Continue vitamins if you already have completed course of doxycycline and ivermectin. Steam inhalation to continue. Loss of smell can persists for a prolong period. Do not worry about that. It will improve over time.
