Tennis elbow is a really easy problem to get it cured. You basically need a good physiotherapist in your locality to get it treated.

Tennis elbow is a chronic condition due to some inflammation at lateral condyle of elbow. If u keep doing work at wrist joint and keep performing heavy work with the same wrist and forearm , it will never get cured. U need to give rest to that hand, daily hot fomentation and use tennis elbow strap for all daily routine a activities. TENS will also helpful.
