First, consult an endocrinologist for full hormonal evaluation. If everything is normal, you may consult dermatologist or hair transplant surgeon. Pattern of hair follicles is fixed at birth. If there are no hair roots in your moustache area, hair growth medicines will not work. Body hair transplant by a qualified plastic surgeon is an option in such cases.
