No fetal pole seen At 8 weeks by TV u/s
Hi doctor, There has been a gestational sac of size 31mm and yolk sac of 9.9mm but no fetal pole .. I am little worried about it as i have got no spotting or bleeding. I am living absolutely fine, no discomfort except bloating and little constipation . Kindly suggest .. I have added the tv ultrasound report as well I

Is this ur first scan ? Wen was ur LMP ? Do u hv regular periods? Need more history If this is first scan , repeat after a week n then let ir doctor decide . But mostly chances are anembyonjc pregnancy.

Hi Cardiac activity should appear after 6 weeks if regular period In case of irregular periods delayed ovulation can occur Repeat ultrasound scan after a week
