No fetal pole and heart beat .
As per lmp I am 58 days pregnant got my first usg done around 42 days it showed gestational sac and yolk sac and usg age was 4weeks 3 days and asked to repeat scan after 2 weeks . After a week scan again tvs scan was done it didn't show any heart beat and fetal pole but doctor was able to see a flicker but couldn't hear heart beat and again asked us to repeat scan after a week ... will there be a chance of positive pregnancy in this case

It is unlikely that this will develop into a normal Pregnancy.
58 days is a very big pregnancy.
It can't be missed on Sonography.
In fact you don't need TVS for such a big pregnancy. Everything will be clear on Abdominal ultrasound.
