No facial hair growth

Hello! I am 20years old.I have little hairs on my moustache & chin area from 1 year which is not increasing its growth at all.i dont have any facial hairs on my cheek.while all my friends have a fully grown beard but i don't even have a proper moustache.What can i do to grow my facial hair faster? Or can I use minoxidil because 1 of my friend recommended it to me to use .Can i use it or could u tell me any medicines which grow my facial hair fully faster?
