No beard and body hair in general

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am a 27 years old adult. I only have a goat beard. I also don't get any chest hair. I am concerned because this makes me look immature and make my face a baby face. This affects my chances of auditioning for lead roles and also reduces my prospects. I need to know if there is any med or solution that can help.me.with this problem.(besides beard transplant) I need a sureshot treatment. Thanks
