Nits in my hair
I have nits in my hair and on my scalp that doesn't seem to go no matter what lice/nits shampoo I use. There are no lice, just nits and on day 2 after every head bath it starts getting itchy. I've had this since many months and I need to know a remedy to get rid of them permanently.

Tab ivermectin 12 mg once a week for 4 weeks
Tab atarax 25 mg twice daily
Permethrine 1% shampoo every 3 days let it
Stay on for 30 mins then wash and comb with small comb
