  4. Nipple piercing infection? Should i do?

Nipple piercing infection?
I got my nipples pierced in January and i snagged it a few weeks ago and it has a little bump on one side of it that seems to have lymph or pus in it. The piercing itself doesn’t hurt it just gets really dry skin. i do sea salt soaks every day and also have been putting non scented lotion on it. The bump will not go away. What should I do
