Nipple Discharge with bloody and yellow

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Has PCOD problem. No mensuration since three months. Pregnancy report negative. Has nipple discharge with bloody and yellowish from right breast when squeeze. Mild pain in breast. No lump in breast. No rash in breast. No changes in size of breast. Need kind suggestion please.
