Nightmares
I am having recurrent nightmares which don't let me sleep properly at night. I see losing people or people who have already been lost coming back to me and just seeing me from afar, not saying anything but just spoiling whatever i do, my focus and my mood. I see places i have never visited like some amusement park and getting lost there. Can keep listing. I have a lot of guilts and fears and insecurities. I overthink about things and cant seem to feel good after that.
