Nightfall, sir i have masterbuated much

Class 9 (7 years back).My body has been very weak .I am suffering from weak muscle ,headache ,low concentration.due to this I have very excessive nightfall due to which I cann't live anywhere.I feel energy less all time.I have taken many ayurvedic medicine but no advantage .Then I read somewhere I should consult to a psychiatrist .I go there ,he gave me medicine .When I eat it there is no nightfall .But when I don't take medicine I come on same condition .He is treating me for 5 years .I am eating his pills.but I am fearing eating this pills life time .I have read nightfall a natural thing ,but it happens only one times too with me .I feel very energyless.i want to good healthy life sir.sir ,please help me . What I have other problems .Tell me sir about my problem.i need help.
